Refund policy

Returns (change of mind)

  • You have 14 days from receipt to return an item for a refund if you change your mind.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Add a note with your order number and reason for return.

Faulty or incorrect items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund.
  • Please include photos of the fault/damage and your order number.

How to return

  1. Email hello@gotrobd.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We’ll confirm return instructions and the address.
  3. Send the item back in secure packaging. We recommend tracked shipping — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit unless a return label was provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect item). For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order for the replacement item and return the original for a refund, or contact us to check stock and swap if possible.

Non‑returnable items

  • Final sale, personalised items, and items clearly marked non‑returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customs & international returns

  • International customers are responsible for return postage and any customs fees on returned items unless the return is due to our error.
