Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GotRobd’s website (the "Site") and placing orders. By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email; a contract is formed only when we send the shipping confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (limited availability, errors in pricing/description, suspected fraud, etc.). If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur.
  • Sizes and measurements are provided as a guide. Buyers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, duties and taxes may be additional.
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and other major cards) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available
  • All transactions are subject to our fraud checks and payment provider terms.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates only.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Our returns policy is available on Return and Refund Policy page . In summary: returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated), items must be unused and in original condition. Some items (e.g., final sale, personalised) may be non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable shipping charges once the return is received and inspected.

Competitions & Promotions

  • Any competitions, raffles or promotions are subject to separate terms which will be published with the promotion. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity. Competitions will comply with applicable law.

User Accounts

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to GotRobd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
  • If you submit user-generated content (reviews, images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to our processing of data as set out in that policy.
  • If you are in the UK/EU, you have rights under data protection law (access, rectification, erasure, objection). Contact us to exercise these rights.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform obligations if prevented by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, supplier failures).

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Site and dated. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
