- International (outside UK/EU) — options and times vary by destination; shipping calculated at checkout. If a shipping option for your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for rates.
Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that link to view delivery status.
Customs, duties & taxes
- For orders shipped outside the UK and to EU countries, local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not included in your shipping cost.
Address accuracy & failed deliveries
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
